The history of the Paarl Royals cricket squad began in 2022. The collective is based, as its name implies, in the city of Paarl (South Africa). The owner of the franchise is Manoj Badale.
The home arena of the Paarl Royals is Boland Park Stadium. The site was opened not so long ago – in 1996, its capacity is 10,000 people. It was at this arena that the first ODI match in the history of cricket between India and Zimbabwe took place (by the way, the meeting ended in a draw).
