ECB will set up an anti-discrimination department
Yesterday it became known that the ECB will create an anti-discrimination department. ECB posted that this is required to ensure that the necessary resources and capabilities are available to combat discrimination in all its forms and manifestations.
“ECB established an up-to-date position at the first stage — responsible for investigations of discrimination. Formally, all the documents for the creation of a new department are already ready. It remains only to put everything into practice. It will take longer than originally planned,” said representatives of the England and Wales Cricket Board.

The Yorkshire player has repeatedly complained
It should be noted that the creation of a new department is partly due to the incident that occurred with Azeem Rafiq.
The Yorkshire player has repeatedly complained that he regularly faces racist statements, and the squad’s management does not respond to his complaints and petitions in any way.
