England will hold a TEST in Pakistan for the first time since 2005
The political situation inside Pakistan is still quite tense — because of this, the national cricket team of this country has been forced to hold home matches in neutral arenas for a long time. But gradually, a “thaw” is coming – on the eve, it became known that England will hold a TEST in Pakistan for the first time since 2005.
Recall that the English team was supposed to play in Pakistan last year. But England refused to travel because of a security warning.
However, a few months earlier, the England national team successfully played a series in the T20 format in Pakistan, and now the British have decided to play several test matches.
Ben Stokes, one of the strongest players of the India national team, shared his emotions from the visit to Pakistan.
“It’s been a long time since England played test cricket in Pakistan. But now we will experience these feelings again,” Ben Stokes said.
We remind you that Pakistan and England will hold three test confrontations in December.
