Delivery

In cricket, the game begins with a toss of the ball, which the bowler directs towards the batsman. This process is called delivery. When serving, the thrower may add extra spin to the ball to make it difficult for an opponent to hit. Bowlers are divided into several classifications, from spin bowlers to fast bowlers. Depending on the style of play, they send the ball either powerfully or with a lot of spins.
