V / Vee

V / Vee is an ambiguous term used in cricket to define the following concepts:
- First of all, with the term Vee (V), cricketers describe the vee grip or V-shaped connection between the lower end of the handle and the blade. Even considering the fact that the transition between these two levels has clear rectangular shapes, the equipment resembles a V-shaped silhouette from a distance.
- It is quite rare to hear about Vee (V) as an unmarked V-shaped area on the ground, which the batsman tries to adhere to for maximum convenience when reflecting a blow: this level is just above the level of the grass, which provides a kind of advantage.
