Sanju Samson was again excluded from the Indian squad
The India national team has an extensive pool of players. The breeders of the Indian squad constantly have to rack their brains to choose the optimal roster. Sanju Samson missed the Cricket World Cup in Australia. Then this player was called up for a series of matches against New Zealand, but during the T20 series, Sanju did not appear on the field. Only in the first ODI match against the New Zealanders, the 28-year-old player reappeared in the roster, but on the eve, it became clear that Sanju Samson was again excluded from the Indian squad.
Sanju Samson was not included in the request for the second match of the ODI series against New Zealand. In fairness, if Sanju had still been included in the squad, nothing would have changed globally – the rain did not allow the teams to complete the battle.
After the match, the official representatives of the India national team noted that Sanju had no health problems. The decision to exclude Samson from the squad is a tactical move. It should be noted that Deepak Hooda replaced Samson.
