Peter Handscomb commented on the start of the series against India

The test series of the India and Australia national teams began in Nagpur on  February 9. Even before the start of the confrontation, the Australians were dissatisfied with the pitch quality, which, according to many players and experts, gives the Indian squad a huge advantage. Australian national player Peter Handscomb commented on the start of the series against India.

Peter confirmed that it is challenging to play in Nagpur. Peter also noted that he is very happy to return to the Australian test club after a very impressive break.

“Playing in India is always very difficult. Here you have problems even in the most seemingly simple moments. Mistakes that are not entirely your fault affect how you perceive the game as a whole. <…> If we talk about general impressions, I am very glad that I once again had the chance to wear the national team’s jersey in a test format. I am doing everything possible to bring maximum benefit to Australia,” Handscomb said.

Recall that India and Australia will have to play four test battles.
