India women’s national Under-19 cricket team won the World Cup
The final of the women’s Under-19 World Championship was on Sunday. The clubs of India and England met in the main match of the event. The final confrontation turned out to be frankly one-sided – the Indian girls dealt with the status rival without any problems. Thus, the Indian women’s national Under-19 cricket team won the World Cup.
From the first minutes of the confrontation, the India national squad seized the initiative, which India did not miss until the very end. As a result, the final game ended with the triumph of the Indian team with a handicap of seven wickets.
It so happened that England showed their worst cricket in the final: the “three lions team” was good throughout the World Cup, but the English girls showed themselves very badly in the final.
But India was great: the Indian squad immediately showed that they were going to win this final. And England could not oppose anything to the enthusiastic Indian athletes.
