Hutch

Hutch is a place to practice serving/hitting. Typically, this is a separate pavilion space where players and amateurs can practice cricket.

These training locations must be specially organized and protected. As a rule, it is a net or an iron cage, in connection with which it is called a hutch and practitioners – “rabbits”. At the same time, do not confuse the two cricket concepts “rabbits” in the framework of hutch and “rabbits” as the definition of a weak batsman.
