Sourav Ganguly expressed full confidence in Virat Kohli

The President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India noted that Virat Kohli remains an essential player in the system of the India national team even now. Ganguly stated that Virat is able to surprise everyone at the upcoming tournament.

“We all know perfectly well that Virat Kohli is going through hard times. But this can happen to every athlete — this is normal. It just needs to be endured. Kohli remains the leader of India, able to give the team great benefits. So I, my teammates, and the coaching staff trust him in all matters,” the BCCI president said.
