Rabbit

A poor batsman who performs a good job of becoming an expert bowler is referred to as a rabbit in cricket in the baseball and cricket vernacular of the sport. There is a proverb that circulates among professional batters that states: “A rabbit can’t even hold a bat with enough confidence“. Great bowlers like Glenn McGrath, Courtney Walsh, Allan Donald and Phil Tufnell are some of the most renowned examples of this kind of cricket player.
